I was struggling with the Maintenance/Run mode switch on my Carryall1 also, in fact the switch that was on it when I got the cart was damaged and ultimately the rocker arm fell out. Replaced it with a brand new switch, after a few weeks it did the same thing, the arm broke. Turns out the bottom of the seat is so rotted that when I would slide over from the driver to the passenger side to get out the seat bottom was crushing the switch. And I am not that fat. Solution, I pulled all three wires out of the back of the switch, made a 1” jumper wire and just move the wires around when I want to change modes then zip tied the bundle down lower. Eventually I will replace the seat and switch again and probably move the switch to a lower mounted position.
