Here are pics of the body form. In them is where I layed fiberglass on the left rear quarter panel and I did not like the way it was looking so I scraped it and started building an alum body to use as a mold. This way the fiberglass will lay better and have better curves and shape overall. Alum body pics forthcoming.

Roger....OUTSTANDING PROJECT! Can't wait to see the body ! Do plan on repurducing them for sale ? I can just see an old Taylor-Dunn narrowed Ford 9" in a car like your building. Thanks for all the pix's and keep them coming. Later Dave

I believe they used a ford 8 inch. But i get the idea. Yea I never thought about that as being a possibility. Thanks for the idea. Now to find one and one of the right width. It would open up a hole lot of more posibilities for tires and wheels. May just have to bit the bullet on axel costs and do it. Yes, I do plan on reproducing the bodies for sale. Bodies, frames, turn key, custom design and one of a kind. I am open for the customers wants (with in my capibilities of course). |
