You jumped the yellow wire from the solenoid to pack negative?
Yellow wire is the negative side of the solenoid coil. You replaced the solenoid, did you install the diode on the small terminals with the stripe on the diode towards the White w/black stripe wire? The stripe has to be on the positive side or it will fry the micro switches. |

Ok OBC is bad for sure and i swapped the resistor on solenoid. Did the jumper trick from small yellow wire to pack negative and solenoid dis not engage. The bigger resistor gets reall hot on big terminals of solenoid. Still have plenty of juice in batteries. The motor is still engaging but is just doing the bump forward.
