Mine held 50.x for the last 2 years and I was able to go anywhere and everywhere I wanted. If your amp-hours are there, you will be fine. Like I said, use them till they no longer meet your needs. They are expensive to replace so you want to get all the goody out of them you can.

I would suggest giving your cart a full charge, disconnect the charger and let the battery voltage stabilize for 12 to 24 hours and then take the fully charged, stabilized voltage of each battery. Compare the voltages to the attached chart to see if all the batteries are weak or if you have one or two weak batteries.

Report back with the individual voltages and we can give you a better recommendation on how to proceed.

Thank you, I'll do this today

4 batteries read 8.4v and 2 read 8.3v
Total pack volts after 24 hours charged is still 50.2v with the charger removed for 24 hours

Your batteries are fairly balanced which indicates that they are aging equally ... there is not much you can do except "ride them out" as NoleFan4Ever suggested.

Your golf cart is the best battery load tester you could have. charge the batteries. let them sit over night and do the test after the batteries have been off the charger for 12 hours. Hook your volt meter to the main pos and neg and drive the cart up hill if you can, and see how low the volts drop to. Then hook the meter to each battery and do the test again on all batteries
