I am aware of the function of the BMS. Just this is the 1st experience I have had with one that also has a CAN function that controls the charging vs other traditional systems. |

![]() On 48V nominal:
100% = 48V 80% = 38.4V 65% = 31.2V On 58V nominal to achieve those same voltages: 83% = 48V 66% = 38.4V 54% = 31.2V |

![]() I am a little out of my league here. I really do appreciate your help @TheCartBoy. Just a guy with a cart and programmer.
Below I tried to sum up what I think were all the changes I would need to make. Which one would YOU choose if it were your cart? Thank You. M Setting that would need to be changed for a 48V setting: Normal V = 48V Over V = 122% Under V = 80% Reset Cell = 2.09 Full Cell = 2.04 Empty Cell = 1.73 BDI = 100% Pull in = 100% Holding = 80% EM Brake = 65% Setting that would need to be changed for a 58V setting: Normal V = 58V Over V = 122% Under V = 80% Reset Cell = 2.013 Full Cell = 2.013 Empty Cell = 1.6 BDI = 100% Pull in = 83% Holding = 66% EM Brake = 54% |

![]() My suggestion is to use everything you have listed under 58V. The whole reason we have to tell your controller it has a 58V nominal battery voltage is to overcome the restricted limits on the undervoltage, making this slightly more complicated.
Pull in on both is 83% Holding on contactor is 66% Holding on em brake is 54% Just trying to make it very clear, ask any questions if you are still unsure. |

![]() Thanks. Kinda scary. The reason we adjusted the cells is for the built in meter?

![]() Yep that's the only reason.
You know how to save a CPF file and restore it right? That's your backup/undo button. If this is new to you, check that section in the 1313 manual first. |
