No name on nothing (batt,charger,etc...)
A lithium charger is working with a fixed voltage and that voltage should be present when the charger is on. At least my charger and the bench power supply working this way.

Thought so so all 3 chargers won't move volt meter when bench tested I guess all 3 are bad...lol

SOLVED: Another charger was sent out to try and 4th one works...lol
