Default PDG Cart - Controller Progamming

Good Evening all,

I have a PDG Cart bought from my local Rural King here in Ohio. I am looking to adjust the acceleration and top speed on the cart. Been speaking with Gnarly Matt on Facebook and order the correct cable from him. He also provided where to find the software for evolution carts as they use an FJ controller. He is concerned that the software might not communicate as this cart is a PDG private label cart. I will be getting the cable here shortly from him and just want to be prepared for any issues with the software when I get the cable. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank You,

What's the model number on that controller? Can you post a picture of the label?

So it's this controller? Yeah I agree with Matt, the stock evolution FJ Programming Tool SW found in this group should work fine

Yes that would be the correct one. Matt mentioned that I may have trouble with the software accessing it due to needing the PDG License. Any thoughts on that?

Thank You,

The controller has IDs that need to align with your license or you'll get an error message and you'll be dead in the water. But a lot of the knock off cars seem to be working with the hdk/tao licenses so I'd be optimistic.

If you want some more details, I have a post in this group about FLIC internals.

Has anyone had success programming a 2024 PDG Cart?
The license file does not seem to be working on the software that I downloaded.

What's not working? Are you getting an error message, what does it say?

Have you confirmed that you have an FJ controller?

Good morning. Not to hijack this thread. I have the 2023 PDG cart and the Model number I have is the same but ends in -06.

Could I get a PM or help acquiring a cable and software to mod this cart. <---newb
