Re: 2007 CC Project
Got the bottom mounted.
Got the fuse panel in. Maybe I will get the wires run to the front next weekend. |

Re: 2007 CC Project
Well ,decided I didn't want the power wires running to the front going through the factory battery box/controller area.Drilled a few holes for some conduit.Need one more piece to go on the end. Then I can wire the battery up.

Re: 2007 CC Project
Took me a while to decide where I wanted the front fuse panel.Probally should have got a smaller one.I didn't want it behind the radio or to hard to get to.Mounted it behind the factory switch panel.Had to cut two slots and bend it down a little for the panel to fit.I am probally going to make a better looking panel later on though to cover it up nice.

Re: 2007 CC Project
Got set of lights on today.Thinking about changing the front ones to LED.Took the old bumper off.
Running all the harnesses. Leaving all the factory wiring like it is.Running just the lights on the fourth battery.I think it will be ok .Don't use the lights that much. |

Re: 2007 CC Project
Got a back seat yesterday and put it on the cart.I did one modification before I attached it.You will see later what this is about.Don't think it made it any less rigid the way it is mounted.
Cut a bar off. Starting to look good.Wish I had some 12's and low profile tires now |
