Got it back mounted again.Waiting on some more switches.Got to get some better looking screws too.Adding more stuff later.Amp,Lights,etc.Battery holder is next week.
Top gauge is for 12 volt battery.Bottom is 48 volts. |

That turned out very nice! I have built panels and wrapped them in vynil before, maybe this is what I should do with my dash...

Only get to work on it a few hours a weekend,Will be starting on a battery tray this weekend I hope.Adding an alarm one day and amp/sub.Got some good Ideas from a few of you members.Hoping to add back seat/Lots of lights,.I don't think I will be lifting it though,Maybe 1/2 inch just to get some 12inch wheels and low profile tires.May be next spring till I am done with it.Probally need new batterys by then.Those in it are 2007.More pictures to come.

Well, started on the battery holder for an AGM 35ah deep cycle.I got a few ideas from other members.This is going in front of the motor mounted on each side of the frame.I am going to add a subwoofer on top later.Hope it will all fit.Probally going to have to get some HD springs if I ever get a back seat too.Going to get it welded this week.I am not welding the bottom to the sides though.

Well got it welded and started mounting it.
Spaced the back to clear the motor a little more,Wasn't but about a half inch.I didn't know how much the axle twisted,while underway.. Made strap holders on the tread plate. Mounted the fuse holder and ground bar. |
