Phantom 23/10.5 x 12 tires
I just bought a cart with these tires on it and they are out of round and balance by quite a bit and you can really feel it on the road. Is it typical for this brand or could they have flat spots from sitting? Is there a preferred brand for roundness?

tires that are 6 ply or more seem to be better. you can also pump them up to bead setting pressure and run around hard for a few miles , then lower them back down to see if it helps with the out-of-round.
