Default won't start

I think I fixed the throttle cable issue. Now it won't start. It ran with the old carb, but poorly. It has a new carb, filter, clean gas, spark plug and wire.
It has spark, but will only run with a shot of carb clean in the spark plug hole. But only for a second. Fuel filter has gas in it. Any thing else I should check? Thanks again in advance,
Doc

It sounds like you aren't getting fuel from the carb to the cylinder. I am working on one right now that is doing that. Check out the "Fuel Draw" sticky at the top of the forum.

Well, I hooked up a small electric fuel pump and still nothing. Tapped the carb with a hammer and got it started. But... it keeps stalling out. If I keep playing with the choke it will go again then I try to let it idle and stalls, quick pull the choke and she goes again. Both carbs did the same thing. Any one have an idea???? If not, it is up for sale. New carb, plug wire and plug, fuel filter, new tires and wheels, fresh upholstered seat. Painted flat black. All your for a special price of $1500.00.

It sounds like you have a fuel draw issue. Check out the "sticky" at the top of the forum.

It has draw, has electric pump and it flows, now what could be the problem?
