Default Sag then over voltage

Any idea why my lifepo prismatic 16s would have one cell that has significantly higher sag, then immediate over voltage when it regen?

Sounds like a bad cell with high Internal Resistance.

I found the nut had come loose. Not sure if that's the issue yet. I'll test it in a few hours.
