Gas or electric
Fixing to get my first cart. Trying to decide between gas and electric. Will not be driven daily. How long will a electric run on a full charge? What else should I consider?

Re: Gas or electric
There are so many variables regarding this question.
What are you going to be using it for? How often will it be used? How many people will be using it? Check your local community or club/course restrictions regarding gas or electric carts. Length of run time depends of condition/age of batteries, or how much gas is in the tank. You should do a lot of self research and determine what your needs and wants are. Personal preference for me is gas, we use them at our lake house and depending of how many friends the girls have down, a tank will last several months. An electric cart should be plugged in after every use. Batteries will last 3 to 5 yrs depending how you maintain them. and average cost of $1000 to replace them with a quality set. |
