Default Frame Up Precedent Rebuild

I am rebuilding my 2005 Precedent. We only use it to tool around the neighborhood, grocery runs, going to dinner, etc. It needed batteries and all my neighbors were making mine look bad so I decided to take it all the way down and rebuilt it. Every piece has been cleaned and/or painted and cleared.

Here is my build:

New Trojan T-1275 batteries
Painted all trim with fusion stain
New brakes
Rebuilt pedal box
All Sports Lift Kits 6" Lift Kit
All Sports Lift Kits Heavy Duty Springs for a Lifted Cart
All Sport Mega Nerf Bar Black
New front shocks
New rear shocks
New rear bushings
Madjax carbon volt steering wheel
Madjax TRANSFORMER 14" Matte Black 23x10x14 Predator A/T Tire
DoubleTake Phantom Golf Cart Body Black
New Madjax rear and side mirrors
Phantom Light Kit Standard Black Bezel
DoubleTake 80" Long Track Color Matched Top Black
Extreme X2 seats Black-Blue
DoubleTake MAX 5 Rear Seat
MAX 5 Under Seat Storage Bin
8906 Carbon dash
Carbon dash brow
Kenwood KMR-M312BT Marine Receiver
Kicker 6.5 Inch 2-way Marine LED Speakers

Having a hard time deciding on the brush guard. I want something that does not cover the front of the phantom. The Jake’s winch mount would be great, but I want to retain the stock plastic bumper/beauty cover.

Front end back on and rear end rebuilt.

I was mistakenly sent Red Hawk SPN-1030 rear leaf springs rather than the All Sports springs I ordered....so I am waiting.

Nice build but gotta ask... Why the 4 12's? How much more work would of it been to convert to 6 8's? Also, what did you paint frame with?

I never really considered converting to 6 8v's. The 4 12V's have served me well and I got over 8 years out of the last set of Trojan 12V's.

I used an automotive etching primer on the frame and then flat black Rust-oleum professional with a lot of clear. Wet sanded a few time in between clear coats.

I need to update pics...It is really coming together.
