Did more cutting today on my harley golf cart swapping in 440 FC snowmobile engine. The more I use my Cut 50 the happier I am that with the purchase. It sure makes cutting thicker metal a snap.

Yep and it doesn't matter what metal either....... Cut's aluminum like butter with a hot knife.

The plasma cutter is one of my favorite tools.

Time to revive this old thread.
My Cut50 was delivered on Monday. Up to $230 now. I plumbed , and wired it, then zipped through a piece of 1/16" as fast as I could move my hand. Very pleased with it so far.

In fact, I'm thrilled that it actually turned on, and worked. I left the garage door open for the Amazon driver. He delivered to a nice dry garage like he was supposed to. I have a Redbone/Shepard mix that thinks all deliveries are his. He ripped it open, and dragged it around the yard by the cord while it was pouring down rain.
When I got up after 4, I drained the water out of it, and managed to find all of the bagged parts. It now has a big 240 plug with a six inch cord sticking out of it.

I knew there was no way that I could return it, so I'm definitely thrilled that it still works. I just ordered a 50 pack of consumables, and a roller wheel to keep the tip up.

Yeah I got the big pack of consumables also and the roller tip that I have yet to test. You will have to get the dog a helmet too.

For some real fun cut some stainless. Can't believe how easy it cuts compared to other methods.

If the dog had thumbs, he could hold the cheap Chinese helmet that came with it.

My hose blew out yesterday on my Cut 50 just below the nozzle inside the handle itself. That left a scorched area inside there. I orders a whole new torch and hose. For the $50 I hope this works our rather getting a whole new machine ?

I see Emilia Hartford got a HF Titan plasma cutter for her BIG block new mustang engine swap. The girl loves her tools and toys.
