Again with this down time I decided to check Vicki's valve lash. There was just a tiny skosh of play over the .005 feeler gauge SO I did the whole process of getting them back to perfect. This really shows how little wear there is in the NR billet roller shaft rocker arms. With the old stud mounted units valve lash required a lot more attention.

I see the gaskets left Jacksonville but I don't think they will be here until next week so no Vicki this weekend.

Looked at the calendar this a.m. and realized I'm 70 and a half today. Both my parents lived to be 93. Long way to go to reach that age ?

Still waiting on Vicki's parts BUT we did take advantage of this great weather with a dip in the bay from the north beach yesterday evening. There were a half dozen or so other folks with the same idea. Many more on the more used south beach.

I added another T-Bolt clamp 2/3 the way across the muffler. Not sure if this is going to help or hurt the whole muffler situation ?

I see one of my neighbors just got a Cub Cadet ZT1 zero turn lawn tractor. He sure is having fun buzzing that thing around

Super Deluge here today. No miles riding. Heavy winds broke a tree at the roots across the street that is now laying half way blocking the street by my neighbors house.
