12 volt Converter
I guess the question I should be asking is it safe to install a 12 converter on Club Car lithium ion?

Re: 12 Converter
I bought one and am hooking it up to mine as we speak; don't see any issues and my lights work fine! I bought the 5 wire from Dave at Revolution and am happy with it.

Re: 12 volt Converter
Thanks for the input. Have heard about fires with the lithium ion and just want it to be safe.

Re: 12 volt Converter
make sure the converter you're using has an input voltage equal to or greater than the highest voltage you pack can put out. ie dont tap off a lower voltage to make the converter work,it will create an imbalance on the cells and this is how those aforementioned fires start, from charging severely imbalance cells.
