Default Another random power loss thread

I have read through every thread regarding this that I could find and so far I have replaced the Speed Sensor and the Solenoid. Problem remains.

2014 EZ-GO ELECTRIC RXV, all stock expect for cosmetic upgrades and LED lights with Voltage reducer (KSI on the copper busbar post). New batteries 6x8V, new cables, etc. To give you an idea of how meticulous I am, this cart was stripped and everything power coated, and the wires hardnesses wrapped and loomed with braided nylon, all stainless steel hardware, etc. So it's not a beater or junker.

While driving, randomly, and not every time I drive it, the cart will suddenly lose power. It will either buck and stutter or comes back in a split second, or completely cut out, and the only way to get going again is to turn the key off and back on. Happens at light throttle, medium, or full throttle, completely random.

A big detail that I think can narrow it down is when that when this happens going up hill or starting on a hill regardless of size, the cart has a few times, lost power and started rolling backwards. Then the brake pedal doesn't work, and of course throttle isn't either, and after about 5' going backwards the controller apparently realizes it and engages the motor brake (then mass beeping ensues) until I reset the key. Try it again, maybe get going, or we start rolling backwards again...

That above makes me think the controller is okay...but you think the accelerator sensor/sender is the issue and throwing an out of bounds reading?
