Keyway wearing out/falling out? Hub to crankshaft connection
I was doing a John Deere Gator electric conversion and transaxle had a three-quarter inch spline with 18 grooves and unfortunately I could not find anything that matched it that so I use this sprocket hub with the keyway however after running after about 15 minutes the key way is completely worn off or just falls out not sure which one,
Any ideas how I can connect that sprocket hub with the spline crankshaft assuming that the keyway is too weak given the torque of the john deere gator? |
