I got my cv axles and both rear hubs now.
I need still to get the two rear shocks, and two castle nuts with washers to hold the hubs onto the cv axles.

I have been buying my parts when ever I find the lowest price, good quality parts on ebay.

I looked at Pepboys and found a 3" K&N filter there for $45, it will need a prefilter around it too

Im liking the build but, why do you need the rear diff from the ATV? Just mount it to use the stock transaxle... Also, You got a Sportsman motor for sale? Or where may I be able to find a 4 stroke Polaris motor?

I use the polaris differential b/c the old ezgo one did not have a reverse and neutral function, and with a four stroke you can only run the motor in forward.

I would look around on craigslist for a 4 stroke polaris motor, i was able to find my motor in my schools basement. It was the only one, and it was just sitting there so my teacher gave it to me.

Thanks for your interest in my project.
