Lester Electric OBC
Does anyone have a schematic diagram for 48 volt OBC #16705 Version 3? Mine needs repair or replacement. I will attempt to repair it or build a replacement. The factory replacement is way too expensive for the function it performs!

I see the unit is potted and I will dig it out if I have to but I would sure like to know what is in it before I do. I really don't want to design a replacement from scratch if I don't have to.  |

you can get a replacement for under 200 dollars.........they are sealed and not meant to be repaired but if you do try make sure or you will take out the controller................................

the price is usually right at $200... any club car dealer should be able to get them for you...

search the net i can,t think of the last site i saw them at but they were in the 170.00 range for OEM replacements............................may even try E-bay...............................

 I did that and best price I got was $270.00. I better do some more looking when I get home. I an away on business and only have a lap top with me which is a little awkward to use ... all thumbs.Thanks again Wolley |
