Well I used a battery tester. I have not been able to get a hydrometer. But... Thing is that all the battery's were low on distilled water so I filled them all up to the right level. Then I noticed that I hooked up one of the battery the wrong way..Due to no light and doing it in the Dark. I need to get more lights in my Shop. So I put it on the charger and I will run it tomorrow afternoon and see what Happens. But my question is, could hooking up the first battery in the pack and charging it ruin or hurt anything else? (Other Batteries?)

Do you have a way to test the batteries yet? The first thing to eliminate is the total voltage under load. Like said earlier your all over the place and we don't know what you know(or don't).
