Well, sure enough I found the two bolts I missed. I'm kind of embarrassed that I missed them. Got the fenders off now and laid the stripper to them. Now I've got a good surface to work off of. I also applied Ospho to everything rusty or mildly rusty. I'm not looking for a full bore resto but I figured some PM wouldn't hurt. Thanks everybody.
