Well, the cart has always run that fast with the original MCOR, even before I repaired it. When I ran with the used/replacement, it seemed to run a little slower. So I decided to GPS the cart with each MCOR. That confirmed a 3mph difference. Now from what I have read, the controller will fault with an input over 5.5volts. The MCOR is supposed to vary the voltage from 0-5volts. I may be running on the edge of faulting. The voltage will be the next thing I check, tomorrow.

I had to go check it...

Original/Repaired MCOR
0.29v Pedal up
4.40v Pedal down
I'm good on the voltage range.

Used Replacement MCOR
0.36v Pedal up
4.00v Pedal down
Range is ok but reduced.

Good Job!!!
" No user serviceable parts inside" - - - - -, how many times have we all seen this? And yes there are!!! They just want to sell you something and make a killing of a profit on it!

Thanks! I hope this helps the DIY'ers out there. I know when I hear that something can't be repaired, they are just challenging me! Lol. There is a tool made for every job and when I can't find the tool I need, I make it...

Just an update,
everytime I get in the cart I am a little anxious that it won't go but it does! The repaired MCOR is still working great!
