Default Solenoid

I have a 96 ds that the solenoid went bad I can’t find one with the same numbers that are on mine they are sbc4201c 12v. P8d13a1 so my question is will any 12 volt solenoid work I see lots on line for sale

Agreed stick with oem.

The ones at auto parts stores are not continuous duty and will burn up. The aftermarket ones on Amazon are cheap and fail quickly and regularly. Oem is the only way to go if you want it to last.

Ok thanks guys I was just wandering about those numbers on the one I have they don’t seem to match anything so I don’t know what the stick part number is
