Default Slow cart, no regen

So cart sat for about a week, hopped on it to get the mail yesterday. It took off normally then seemed to hit a wall, like it's governed at 5mph. Also regen is not working, it rolls freely. Ideas?

I think I pushed it out of the garage last week without it in tow. Not sure if that matters, but I'm thinking speed sensor. No resistance when pushing in run.

I'm thinking about a purple motor, does that come with a different speed sensor or do you x-fer the same one?

I'm almost positive they will re-use your same one.
