95 Medalist Project Before and After
Picked up a 95 Medalist from an Estate sale non running for dirt cheap where it had been sitting outside for years. It was filthy, had moss growing on it, flat tires etc.. The cart is for my friend to get her around the RV resort. Well over the weekend I did the overhaul which included power washing the hell out of it, rust prevention on battery tray which was actually in pretty good shape, new batteries, new 4 gauge cables all the way through, new rims and tires, and buffing/polishing the dull paint back to a shine. A totally simple overhaul which is what I like and only took 2 days. Just to get it back nice and running good. Here is before and after. Super pleased how it turned out.

Love those kind of carts! The old Ezgo's are hard to beat.
Good job on cleaning it up. |

Re: 95 Medalist Project Before and After
Since I like to complete a post, here's the final product. Fixed it up for a friend to use around a ranch and campgrounds/rv parks. I wanted to keep it stock height since I'm not really a fan of lifted carts, but ended up putting HD springs front and rear which raised it up enough to clear some big 20x10-10" tires on a set of 2021 factory EZGO Ventura wheels. Added cargo box, windshield, mirrors (the usual accessories), swapped in all LED bulbs along with all new 2g cables on whole cart, and beefed up electronics all while staying 36 volts. The owner is very happy. Had the stock controller beefed up and has way more torque now. May do the bandit upgrade on the motor. By the way those turf tires are so smooth and quiet on pavement at full speed, and great off road.
