I bought a 1 gallon kit, but I barely used half of it.
I had considered using the Monstaliner too, ended up going with Raptorliner. One would hope it wont scratch easy from kids...

Have you worked out how you are going to mount the modules? Are you going to split into two parts, 6 and 8 modules? Or are you hoping to mount as 1 pack? Here is a link to a post in my build thread where I talk about mounting my pack: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/lithi...ml#post1553284 It was a tight fit...

Mounting the modules is the biggest puzzle I have left. If I have to split the pack, then so be it, but I’m going to try and avoid it.

BBBHC, I’ve read through your build thread many times. Without this community I would never have known what was possible or where to start.

Lots of work done the last couple of days (and nights)...

Finished my battery pack, made a steel cradle/box for it to sit in, installed the 0-5v throttle pedal, Alltrax serial controller for the Admiral A-1, heavy duty solenoid, and a huge reversing contactor. Then I had to wire the whole cart, get the body back on, mount the seats, plastic attachments, grease the front end, check the rear end oil, and change out the wheels and tires.

It’s been a busy weekend and that doesn’t account for church and spending some time at my parents with my wife and minions. There sure is a lot of work that goes in to a Merry Christmas!

Looking good!

I might suggest putting something over the battery connection points to protect against accidental shorts. I just used a couple layers of some vinyl tape I had laying around. Would be a shame to have a short happen and ruin your pack, not to mention other fallout that could result.

X2, cmysstaillights makes a nice 3d printed terminal cover. I got one in the mail yesterday.

Just pm him if you need one.
