finally picked up my metal for the sideskirts. i had my local machine shop bend me some 14ga sheet. they started out 41in long. they have a 2in top piece, 4in tall, and a 1in bottom piece. i got one trimmed and fitted with a few screws to hold it in place. still gotta make a few spacers for it and cap the ends then its final fitment.

so i was able to wiggle some free cash away from my wife to buy a deep cycle marine battery. its a group 24 from batteriesplus. comes in handy because they are next door to work. set me back 84.99+tax.

i also got part of my seat wrapped in the black cover i bought back when i first got the cart. it was one of the very first things i bought for it. the back came out good and i got the bottom stripped of the old cover but couldnt get it done last night because my help went to sleep lol. hopefully ill get it wrapped tonight and back on the cart tomorrow.

Good to see you finally got around to covering that seat. Looks good, Man. Let us know how that battery holds up. I'll need to do an upgrade when my accessory battery needs to be replaced.

so ive ran the compressor to fill the tank up atleast once a day since i bought it, sometimes 2 or 3 times in one day. ive also ran the new under lights and the radio and ive yet to charge it. when i bought the battery it was at 12.1v and its sitting right now at 11.8v and still going strong. seems like a very nice investment.
