2001 ds speed question
Hello guys. Im looking into speeding up my 2001 48v CC ds cart a little bit without breaking the bank. What I need to know is what can I do to achieve this. Its going to be used just for camp. Its got a back seat on it and its a little sluggish with 4 people on board. Cart is completely stock. I saw a couple post that I could get a speed magnet and then found a couple post that I couldn't use one because its not an IQ cart. Can anyone help.
My serial number is AC0139 Which tells me its a Regen built in 01 and it has a MCOR. It has the rocker switch for F-N-R so im pretty sure its not a series cart. Also has the run/tow switch under the seat My speed right now it is between 8-12mph. Brand new batteries installed 2 days ago. Can I get a magnet??? |

Re: 2001 ds speed question
I would call plum quick. They are very knowledgable and helpful. I have a motor coming for an 01 series cart Monday. Very reasonable. I can't wait to see what it will do. The cart does 13 right now. Rick said it should do 20. We'll see. I'll post the results.
