Enclosure / Cover for 2007 Precedent?

Hi guys. Does anyone know if they make an enclosure or cover for a 2007 Precedent that has a back seat kit installed? I've seen several on ebay, but they state they do NOT work with a back seat.

Any ideas/recommendations on where to purchase one?

I wanted to ad that I'm looking for one that you can drive with the cover on, to keep warm in the winter months.
