Default EZ go cart not going as fast as once was

Bought a 2001 EZ go PDS Textron golfcart 3 years ago. Was used at a golfcourse and had the hill chip as they called it. Took it out and put in the freedom chip. about 6 months went by and it started to throw an error code. Some say its a solenoid, I dont believe so. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Welcome to BGW!

What is the error code?
When does it occur?
What does the cart do when the error code occurs?
What is the battery pack voltage, 12 hours after charger automatically shuts off. (Should be 38.2V)

Attach DVM between Negative post on Right-Rear battery and Positive post on Right-Front battery.
