Default 2003 Club Car Ds Slow Go

I recently bought two 2003 club car ds's. Both were bought as is and not running. Got one moving after tricking the charger to start charging. The other cart charged fine but will barely go forward or reverse. Batteries are at 51v? Any ideas?

Acts like batteries are dead, but I used battery cables to test my second cart
and it takes off good.. Pretty sure its not the batteries.

I bought two of these from a rebar plant that closed a couple years ago. Carts had a hard life.. Was told it ran when parked. Anyway to test speed sensor? Where is it on cart?

on front of motor if it has one there is a 3 wire pigtail......test is a simple push test...i beleive you put cart in gear turn key on and push by hand if cart tries to hold back and beep its ok ifit just rolls free its bad.....................

It makes a weird beep when i push it. Cart has 50.5volts. I put it on jack stands and it just barely creeps forwards and backwords. I have two of these carts. Should I try switching controller of running cart? Or bad idea?

if they are identical it shouldn,t hurt to swap them to see what gives then at least you can eliminate a controller issue..................................
