Default convert from 36v to 48 or 72?

I have a 1999 TXT 36V, lifted, 23" tires, rear seat and 1 yr old 6V batteries 2G cables. I want to convert to 48V but was considering going to 72V instead.
Lookig at Alltrax SR48600, SW200. Its mainly used at campground with some hills. what combination would be ideal for this application.

The 48600 and sw200 are a great combination. Which motor you pair with those will depend on how steep the hills are, paved vs muck, and how much weight you’re carrying vs desired speed.
There are a lot of guys here with lifted carts and big tires that they use for hunting, etc. Sir Nuke posts here a lot and has a lifted cart that performs very well. You can see what he has in it on his signature.
I’d assume 48v will be plenty paired with the above and a good motor.

If money not a concern...spend a little more and get lithium. You will be very happy with performance and no more maintainance.

the combo you mentioned would be great at 48v. as orangeman6 mentioned what will make the real difference it what motor you will pair with it based on yout tarrain and use. personnally where I live its flat and mostly on paved or established dirt trails which is why I used a Speed motor (AMD 7126 RAPTOR)....depending how hilly your area is, I might go with the AMD 7124 which will giver you a bit more torque.

If you have a taste for lithium though, now is the time. replacing batteries, controller and charger for either option. I run 56.8v normally (sometimes as high as 57.4v) and the 48v alltrax is good up to 62v max.

So you get some of the speed associated with higher V, you get 375 to 400 pounds less weight and no voltage sag.

But others just like FLA so that's always a viable option too.
