Default 2008 Bad Boy Buggy Camber & Kingpins

I have searched all day and cannot find any info on the front axle for a 2008 BBB. My left front tire camber is off (top leans in). Is a fix as simple as replacing upper and lower kinpins? Trying to figure out what I got myself into now that I just bought this thing two days ago. I haven't been able to find a service manual to download. There is very little info out there. Thanks for any help.

There are a couple of Bad Boy guys on this forum. Hopefully they will see you post and offer some advice. Due to the fact they are so many different model, its hard to say what you have going on, give the guys a little more info, 2wd or 4wd many a pic
You do have a great project cart,

Does it look like this?

I'm fighting with one of these axles right now as well. An ebay store called forest carts has most of the hard to get parts. King pins, steering knuckles, and more.

Sorry, been a while since I logged in. Busy hunting. Yes, it does look like that. I'm shopping for kingpins. Hopefully, they aren't too much of a pain to change. Thanks for the gouge on them.

So I ordered some new Kingpins (upper and lower) from fleabay. I'll post pics of the before, during, and after. Hopefully this solves the problem.

I ordered them as well as new housings. I'm going a different route I came up with a pretty solid combination. It's a shoulder bolt and sleeve bushing/bearing. With a castle nut and cotter pin to keep it from falling out.

Interesting. I'm going to see if the new Kingpins work. I am afraid that once I tear into it, I'm going to find the holes wallowed out. Which will mean I need new housings. Piss poor design. the joys of owning a "classic". I like your idea of using bearings. Would have made more sense if they did that from the very start or used some kind of an small A-arm setup.
