Default 05 YZF600r in a Yamaha G2

hi guys, i just sold my "death kart" to build/fund this thing. my first cart was a honda atc 200 5spd semi auto and it was essentially just a wheelie machine... i got $800 for it!
Picked up a salvage titled 05 YZF600r w/26k on it that was layed down on the left side and then $100 plus a broken rod having bottom end from my Honda fatcat for the roller yamaha G2. so at the moment i have ~$600 into this death kart 2.0
i got the engine out of the frame last night.
im looking at purchasing this axle assembly, it has a 530 sprocket on it arleady which matches the yzf front sprocket

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...QETZEAAU&psc=1

im planning on boxing the engine essentially then mounting it on the frame where it will line up with that sprocket after i mount the axle

hook up the wire harness, mount a battery, run clutch and throttle cables - still unsure if i want to do a suicide type clutch/shifter or a pedal clutch...
we have time to decide

happy to be here ! i'll try to get some pics uploaded of the engine and kart later today

I think you'll need bigger tires than 16". I'd just assemble the axle "a la carte". That kit is for go karts with 9 hp engines, don't think it will hold up to 100 hp.

thanks for the confirmation!

soooo, amazon drop shipper said the first rear i ordered was out of stock...
refunded me, i ordered one off ebay, cool. it was shipped then delivered on friday to someone in Oregon... im in maryland. ugh. i reached out and the seller said sorry he doesnt know what happened and issue'd me a refund -______-
we're 0 for 2 ! lol
i think this is a sign and im now gonna look for a raptor 660/700 rear end... or equivelant quad. i'd prefer a raptor to keep the yamaha cart + yamaha engine theme going so a yamaha quad rear would be cool but if a honda/kawi/zuki rear comes up for a good price i'll hope on one of them lol
man i usually have good luck but this has pushed getting my motor mounted back now about 3 weeks and counting.
