Default Axe 7245 on 2001 TXT Series cart?

Is this alltrax controller compatible with that model cart? New to the golf cart world and still learning. Thanks

Will it not work on 36? Only reason I'm looking at it is I can get a good deal on one. Otherwise I would be looking at a 4844 or 4855

when talking about AXE controllers the first 2 digits are the BATTERY PACK VOLTAGE. the 3rd digit is AMPERAGE rating, and 4th is the heat sink size.

the the other two you listed above are for 48 volt systems, and either a 400 or 500 amp rating

actually if you are going to stay with a 36v system, all of the 48 series controllers will work. like the other two you mentioned.
