'84 cc stops running after 5 min
looking at buying a 84 club car but it stops running after 5 min. there is good spark, doesn't smoke. one small engine guy said it could be the crank seal is bad, and another said maybe bad valves. does any one have any better ideas?

Re: '84 cc stops running after 5 min
yeah just have compression tested to be sure and then when it quits make 100% certain if its getting fuel......thats a classic issue for that cart with a fuel problem...................very very rarely does that engine ever need crank seals or valves that bad...................the 1st thing i,d do if i,m certain it has spark is zero in on a fuel problem...................................
