Default Lithium and component mock up, help please

So I'm at the point of mocking up where my battery pack and other components will live in my cart. Just not sure if I'm thinking through all the different things...

I'd appreciate a little advice/opinions on your thoughts. Here are some pictures of the mock up. Please feel free to enlighten me!

Thanks in advance!

I would place them as far towards the passenger side and as far forward as possible.

Passenger side to offset driver’s weight when only 1 person.

As far forward to put as much weight on front wheels since golf carts are already rear weight biased.

Other than that, looks real good.

Hope you did not hurt yourself lifting that mega pack.

I would keep everything as close to the front as possible also. Not sure if you're going to have a rear seat or not, but keep in mind to put your controller in a area that is easily accessible if you need to troubleshoot or make adjustments.

Thanks ag4ever! I've seen a lot of your posts regarding these lithium conversions. Seems you have a lot of knowledge in the subject!

I'll check out what I can do to shift the battery around. Unfortunately it will have to live in the middle, there is no way I see to shift it towards the passenger side, due to the frame rails. I might be able to shift it forward though.

As for lifting, here is a couple pictures...

I will not be putting a rear seat on it. Definitely going to see what I can do to put the battery more forward.

As for the controller, I will be able to get to it from the top, where it is in the pictures, through the top hatch. My concern with that location, is if it will get too much radiating heat from the motor?

Put the controller where you have easy access like under the front seat

With the weight difference between lead acid and lithium, if you can't get it any further forward, I would not sweat it.

Thanks on the compliment, but this is my first golf cart modification. Bought the cart about 4 years ago and have been running it in the exact form I got it in. The only thing that spurred me on to replace the batteries is an unfortunate experience over the summer. I left the cart on the hunting ranch about 200 miles from home and failed to check on it for about 9 months. It was plugged in the whole time, but the batteries were boiled and reading 0v when I got there. Don't want that happening again, so I committed to lipo. My only prior experience with lipo is RC planes and helicopters. Some being really big RC planes and helicopters used for aerial mapping of ranches as a hobby.

Wow that's looks like a big lithium pack!
What do you expect your run time to be on that?
I like the black bed liner look.

I thought about that. However, it looks like I would have to cut and splice the wiring harness to make that work. I really don't want to do that. I'll look at it though, thanks for the advice, it is appreciated.
