Default Monroe Shock Clearance on Lifted Electric

I installed a 4 inch lift and larger leaf springs on my 89 Marathon. I had to go with Monroe shocks as the stock shocks no longer reached even when using the provided extensions. Here are a few pictures of everything installed and I'm worried that I don't have enough clearance between the lift blocks and the shocks. Does this look normal or do I need to make some adjustments?

I don't know what springs those are but with a 5 leaf I wouldn't be worried about it moving too much at all!

Seriously I cant tell from pictures but once you put batteries and a little weight on the back you may eat up all that clearance and it doesn't look like the top half will clear it.

You may be able to trim that top plate a bit if you had to.

Yeah I was already figuring I was going to need to trim the bells. What do you think about the left and right travel? I was worried about the corner of the block puncturing the side of the shock.

I have a 4 leaf spring rear end as well, and I run long shocks as well, where we probably differ is is on the size of the rims and tires, I run a 10 inch rim, which gives me a lot more rubber to work with, bag the tires a little bit and she rides like a Cadillac.....
here are a few pictures of my shock setup.......

I was curious which monroe shocks you used on this? I cannot seem to find a good size with the proper stud on top and eyelet on bottom.

that will be a stiff cart. I just switched from a 2 stage heavy duty to a single stage because it rode stiffer solid axle

Jump up and down on the back and see if the shock hits.
