Default ez go engine cradle cpp vs vegas carts

i have used the cpp cradle and liked it , and now i have another built that needs a cradle and not sure which to go with the vegas cradle seems to have much more adjustment but the cpp cradle was sort of bolt right up and go , no real adjustment needed so with that being said we are looking at a price difference of 40 bucks and no idea what the difference will be other than some articulation looks limited in the vegas carts unit

I've installed both.

The Vegas cradle is more adjustable and allows you adjust left and right not just front and back like the CPP cradle.

The Vegas Cradle also has more front drop adjustment allowing it to be used on stock cars and lifted carts.

The CPP cradle is more "low profile" offering slightly better ground clearance. It also has a bit more robust mount at the front that allows more drop down while keeping the engine level, but how many of us have true "long travel" shocks to take advantage of it? I would bet very very few.

I'm not super fond of the way the rod end is mounted on the front of the vegas carts cradle. I would prefer it was mounted in double shear instead of single.

However, the cart I installed it on is thrashed every weekend and appears no worse for wear.

I would say personal preference, both are well made.

I will go for the vegas cradle again should I ever need one, purely on the maximum adjustability, and the drain holes make oil changes a snap.
