2008 PDS will not go

Newbie at this. 2008 PDS will not run. Ran diag and it said the solenoid was not working. Replaced solenoid and still will not go. I checked the batteries and they are all good and putting out the correct voltage that i can tell. Could this be a controller issue? If so how do i check or any other suggestions?

Have you checked the voltage out of the selonoid?

If the solenoid is just not engaging it may be something in the activation circuit. You can test that by using a large jumper like a battery cable or jumper cables across the large terminals and see if cart runs then...

did the soleniod have a resistor and diode on it? did you put diode on in right direction? silver band towards positive.............................

I have checked the voltage to the solenoid and it looks like it's not getting any juice. Not sure if i'm doing right but i put the meter on the two large post, turned the key and held down the pedal. Any ideas?

4 posts on the solenoid. Which 2?

Well like any noob i did both sets. First it was the small ones in the front. No juice. The 2 larger post on the outside i did as well. No juice. The two large post above the solenoid sitting on the top show to have plenty of juice.

2 small terminals are the activation circuit. check there is power at the small red wire at the back of the charger receptacle. No? Do the reed switch bypass. Yes? Check the peddle box micro switch.

Remember key on cart in gear for all solenoid tests.
