2017 club car won’t reach full speed
My buddy got this cart a few months ago. Ran fine, would go around 25. Has lead acid batteries approximately 2 years old(Trojans). He said about 3 days ago it wouldn’t go past 14 15 miles per hour. I haven’t had a chance to look at it yet but was planning on checking batteries making sure there isn’t a bad one. Obviously, all connections and wires. Any other places I should look? I wouldn’t think speed sensor since it’s going above 8 mph.

You're right to suspect batteries or connections. Load test them.
