Default Western

Hello to you all here! I got a strange problem. I got a 1990 western 42 volts. All new batteries and have I think 44 volts at pack. It's ran great, but it sat 3 days and now If I hold pedal down after solenoid click for 6 to 10 seconds it will go, and run 22 mph. Now it sat a day, batteries fully charged as always. Solenoid clicks in forward and reverse. No movement. It has a 1206-04 controller with 4 post and 5 pin plug in. I'm guessing it's the controller. I swapped the solenoid out. Changed the f&r switch. It has nice 2 awg wires. So I'm stumped!! Plz help! Thanx in advance for any reply! Happy days to all..!

Hello, guys! Need some advice plz.., My Powerwise 36 volt G01 charger comes on fine. Then in 20 seconds it shuts off. Keeps doing that. It has a new Capacitor, and new relay I put on the control board. I installed the relay cause when I bypassed it, then it would come on. Now it comes on but shuts off in 20 seconds. Batteries are new, and have 37 volts on the pack. Diodes test 540 oms each in one direction. Do you think total board is bad? I'm stumped. Any help, Appreciated! Thanks
