Is there even fluid in it?
You might have got the wrong gears.

Sounds like something completely striped. Axle or input shaft. Notice how the tire stops before the noise does.

Driver side brake it just a touch tighter than the passenger side. One wheel wonder

Dunno, but either way, sounds to me like it has to come apart again or it will open its own inspection window.

Wow! I have heard worn or incorrectly meshing gears before but your's raise the bar! The ring gear should last many more lives than the pinion in normal conditions and would have to be severely worn to make noise like that, especially with no load on it! Makes me wonder if your new gears are made correctly with the right pressure angle and addendum/dedendum required? What company made the gears?

Not gonna mention the company. I will say he makes many gears and has several dealers. He did say I could send them back. I think I’m gonna try another set. I now have about 20 miles on them and just not getting better.

So I bought a used lifted truck once with new 4.56 yukon gears in the rear end that made that noise... until I took it to a race shop that correctly reinstalled them with the correct lash and the noise completely disappeared. YMMV

There's no lash adjustment on these. These are not bevel/ hypoid gears that need fine adjustment to mesh properly. These use helical cut gears like what are inside any manual transmission.
There is nothing to change for clearance. Either the gears fit, or they don't, and that's all there is to it with the design of these.
