Default 2010 Tomberlin Throttle fault

I have a 2010 Tomberlin E-merge 48volt cart that would not run. I repaired the following:
broken wire under drivers side from throttle
replaced solenoid
sent controller in for repair at flight system.

the cart now runs forward and reverse, seems everything is working ok, but i get a throttle fault code. flashing light on controller and from handheld. any thoughts on what would be causing this? any help is greatly appreciated

Check theTPS, probably it's still the old version with the circuit board. Replace it with the new style sensor.

while I was waiting on controller, I pulled pedal assembly and found the new style was installed. It looked like it was adjusted properly. any way to test it and see if it is still good.

If i remember right, when i had replaced and calibrated the TPS, there was still a fault code 1,2 thrown by the controller. But no more issues with the cart.
