Yeah. I didn't think the dealer did anything related to the battery. They just upped the top speed for me.

So really other than diagnostics, and a few tweaks like tires and voltage tweaks to get more torque for up hills… not too much to worry about for 2022 I20 with 14:1 gear ratio

All good.. this has been pretty interesting

Appreciate the dialogue..
Did you get any faults after you changed the ratio? Or just more speed

Changing the ratio won't make it go any faster. Once it hits the rpm limit, it stops. You might get an over speed fault though.

I changed the controller gear ratio to 10:0 just to prove that I would be able to change 03.02.01 to 61khm. This test proved that it was the gear ratio setting not allowing it to go faster than 27mph. It was a controller only test, I did not attempt to drive it as the axle has ratio sticker on it as 14:1. It is what it is..

With a lithium conversion, will speed increase any due to the weightloss? Or just torque?

Speed was increased to the max allowable setting with the 14:1 ratio axle of 53.6 kph and rpm setting of 7200. Also increased the batt limits to 400. Now with the lithium install should I change the batt limits back to stock settings or keep them at 400?

Looking for suggested settings that will help maintain speed while going up hills not concerned with trying to go faster.
Are you lifted? I have 14.1 gears and cannot get passed 27 mph which is like 46kph? What secrets do you have? Lol

Once again, the rpm limit is what dictates max speed. This parameter is not (currently) adjustable. Different carts have come with different limits from the factory.

Installing a lighter battery won't change this. It might accelerate quicker, but the top speed stays the same.

Hi, I would like to know if anyone is familiar with ICON Service Bulletin dated 12/05/22. Subject cart goes into limp mode at 70% soc

I have been experiencing that same type of issue and I checked my 2022 ICON i40L (purchased March of 2022) and verified that my speedometer is not programmed. The bulletin recommends replacing the speedometer. I have a call into the dealer to see if they are able to help. I would appreciate hearing if anyone else has experience with this issue. Thank you.

There is not a blank Colum to input changes like the older NEOS software?

I have a communication green light and it is reading info on new 22 cart. how do I input the changes and send to controller?

All I want to do is increase the speed from 22mph to 29-30ish.

any help would be appreciated.
I did mine yesterday but I changed multiple parameters I got mine to do 27-30 but I want to go 35 haven't figured it out yet.
