The 18" long harness that came with the switch is 1/8" thick with the insulation and 5/64" with the bare wire

Would this be 12G or 14G?

Do any of the wires going into or out of the key switch need to have a fuse?

Hopefully 14g will work

I ordered 6 spools (15foot each) of all various colors for $25 shipped

I'm going to add a 15amp inline fuse for the wire going from the battery to the switch

None of mine had fuses in the kit I went with.. Straight wire.

I found a nice 90 fitting to get the exhaust away from the drive belt and the F/R cable
