Talking Solar or Marine Deep C Batt for 36v 2008 HDK

Hi everyone, this is my first post ever.
Have absoluteley no backround on elecrtic stuff, or golf carts. 23 Years ago, bought, what I belive is a 2012 HDK 36V with 6 2018 6v Golf Deep Cicle Battery, run just fine until a few months ago. Stop running and stop charging it and my 6 Batteries are completelety dead and useless.
I live in a remote town in Mexico where I can't get Deep Cycle Batteies for Golf Carts (wish had the $ for the lithium ones, but I don't), but a local trader can get me brand new Deep Cycle Batteries lead acid 12V Marine and/or Solar, from a mexican trademark called LTH, my plan is to buy buy 3.
So my question is: wich of the following 2 will be my best choice? (I know they are not the ideal batteries but is what I can get).
I'll upload the spec sheets for each Battery, in spanish since it's a Mexican Battery, hope the info helps.
Thanks a lot fot the answers and best regards!

In your case the 31 is the better option.. Looks like a group 31 so about the same length as a T1275. Not ideal but if it is all you can get.

You got 23 years out of the deep cycle batteries that came with the cart?... wait you said its a 2012 so im guessing you meant 2-3 years... That makes more sense. the marine style hybrid batteries will work but they just wont last as long as real deep cycle with heavier lead plates. in your case you might be better off seeking out lithium and not having to worry for 10-15 years.
