Default Ecotric lift kit off amazon

Anybody used/seen these?

Sorry I can't get the search function to work on mobile, so if it's already discussed just point me there.

They seem like a good deal.
Reviews seem to point some mechanical knowledge is required, which I am not afraid of at all.

Looking for a budget lift for a 2003 ezgo gas cart. It spends 99% of its life on the pavement around the neighborhood, but would like to make it look better and be able to use it on the beach a weekend or two a year.

Thoughts?

Which lift kit are you talking about I see multiple options by that brand?

I have a jakes 7" a arm lift on one of my yamahas... cost me $300+ 15 years ago... I have an ebay a arm lift lift on my g8... cost me $120 shipped. I havent experienced any appreciable difference between the 2 yet. For me fit and finish were comparable. Ive also installed a couple economy no name 4" lift kits and they all worked for what was expected of them and it sounds like you wont be doing any real offroading so id go with the cost effective choice but thats just my opinion others may have a different point of view. Ive never lifted and ezgo myself

I have an older cart than you so it would be a different lift kit but I bought the cheapest $65 lift kit off eBay for it and it’s held up great. I made a video of myself installing it

Is yours a gas cart?

Every one of the cheap lift kits I see keep saying for electric carts, but the comments on several seem to indicate people put them on gas carts with some minor modification on the rear.
Mone is a gas cart, so I'm trying to find out what that minor modification is.

Anybody know?

Mine is electric. I didn’t do any modifications to it of course since it’s electric but I wasn’t aware that anything needed to be changed on a gas cart.

Thinking some 1" or 1.5" wheel spacers with stock wheels and 22" tires will be in my near future
